Grandmother writing her first email using gmail!
Here is a video clip of my Grandmother writing her very first email at the age of 89. She got her new computer 6 weeks ago and we have been waiting for her broadband connection to be setup. I am amazed at how well she can use her computer. She has never owned a typewriter. She has a Vista PC from Medion. As you can see in the video clip she is using Gmail! Thanks Google for keeping Gmail's interface simple to use!

The Big Screen
Thomas and Sara recently bought a new projector, so we got their old one - it's an oldie but a goodie.

Christian Johansson on the Metro, Copenhagen
Christian Johansson from Odense Centrum Congregation came to visit us for a few days. One evening we went on a sight seeing trip in Copenhagen. Ask Christian what the best part was and he will answer: "The ride on the Metro!".

Olivia and Dan looking at photos
Olivia thought that it was great fun to look at photos on the computer together with Uncle Dan.
Walking back towards Amalienborg
Our walk back to Amalieborg where Grand and Esther were waiting for us. You can still hear the singers in the background.
Singers on a boat
As we continued our walk from Amalienborg towards the harbour we found a boat where was the stage for a musical group.
Fountain near Amalienborg
Here is a fountain near Amalienborg. Olivia has a great nack for hugging complete strangers. Two kids were hugged during the trip and I was able to capture one episode on video.
Family outing to Amalienborg
Amalienborg is the queens castle here in Copenhagen. Ole, Christina, Olivia, Per, Joan, Esther and I went there for a walk. Little Olivia thought that it was great fun to use her Great Grandmother's walking stick. BE CAREFUL!
Olivia dancing
While the rest of us were enjoying lunch "Lille O" decided to dance and sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" in front of our mirrors.
